The acquisition, design and development of the former 1940’s print factory had extensive works taking place on two large structures to convert the previous facilities into modern workplaces, unlocking 4,320 sqm of spacious floorspace.
Interiors have been carefully executed to retain the original factory felling and caracther that is enphasized by its triple height ceilings, large openings and raw concrete columns. All areas where individualy designed and precisely detailed. Many bespoke items of furniture where crafted for the interiors and complemented by a thoughtful selection of classic, vintage and modern furniture from Jean Prouvé to Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec.
A new light weight structure was added to create the second floor ‘penthouse’, giving space to a social lounge, 60 seats conference room, restaurant, training, play space and roof garden.
Nöra’s intention in this development was to provide a homey fell and informality to the corporate everyday.
