LISTED HOUSE IN PACAEMBU
Nöra’s development and architecture team are working together on the renovation of a early 1960’s listed house, located in São Paulo’s leafy area of Pacaembu. This property was originaly designed by architect Italo Della Manna and is now being carefully restored with maximum care to its original details.
The interior layout has been slightly reconfigured to give space to larger rooms that better suit modern living. The original character of the old house has been enhanced by extensive research on period items and careful choice of materials such as brass and wood.
Currently near completion, this spacious house will positively contribute to Pacaembu’s conservation area.
